Yes, Time by Luxmuralis is the perfect experience for all the family and there are no upper or lower age limits. Please be mindful that loud sounds are part of the experience.
The building will be in darkness, except for projected light displays and accompanying music/sounds which will guide you along the route.
There is level access into and around the building and there is a lift available where necessary.
Yes, you are very welcome to sit down to take in the experience but please be mindful of others and keep walkways clear.
No, you will need to keep your buggy and belongings with you at all times. There is level access throughout the experience.
Yes, this exhibition includes loud sounds and music. Those with hearing sensitivities are welcome to bring ear defenders.
Yes. Please note that the moving/flashing images may potentially trigger seizures for people with photosensitive epilepsy.
Toilets will be available close to the Cloister entrance to Time by Luxmuralis. Please note these will be the only toilets open throughout the evening.
Yes. This is a ticketed event and tickets must be booked in advance. Tickets can be booked online at www.cathedral.org.uk/luxmuralis
Ticket prices are:
Adults (age 16+) £10
Children (age 4-15) £5
Family ticket (up to two adults and three children) £25
Under 4s are free
Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Please note that booking fees apply and tickets are non-refundable and cannot be moved to another day or time.

A discounted family ticket offers the best value. It costs £25 and grants entry for two adults and up to three children.
All those aged under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
We are pleased to offer a free essential companion ticket to people with a disability who would be unable to attend without an essential companion. Please email events@cathedral.org.uk for further details.
There will be an accessible route into the experience and the Cathedral's stewards will also be on hand to provide assistance.

Tickets are sold via TicketSource and can be bought online at www.cathedral.org.uk/luxmuralis
Tickets will not be available to purchase on the door.
However, depending on capacity, tickets may still be available to book online on your desired day/time at www.cathedral.org.uk/luxmuralis
Please ensure you have purchased tickets online ahead of your arrival.
Once you have completed your booking, you will receive an email to the address you provide when placing your order.
Please take care to ensure you have entered your email address correctly. Please also check your spam/junk folder if your tickets have not arrived in your inbox.
This email will include your tickets. Please ensure you bring your booking confirmation email with QR code/tickets with you when you attend. Upon arrival you will need to either show your tickets on your mobile device or a paper copy.
As long as you can show your tickets on your mobile, there is no need to print your booking confirmation.
Early entry will not be permitted. If you are running late, our stewards will make every effort to allow access but this cannot be guaranteed.
Our team will be working hard to ensure that everyone is admitted as quickly as possible. However, due to the number of people expected, it is likely that you may have to queue outside.
Please aim to arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your time slot as you will not be able to enter any earlier than the time on your ticket.
Please anticipate a short wait ahead of your admission and be mindful of likely weather conditions in October.
Please enter the Cathedral Close via the Ethelbert Gate next to Zizzi restaurant on Tombland.
The entrance point for Time by Luxmuralis is via the Cloister. Follow the signage on arrival at the Cathedral Close.
You will leave via the Hostry building.
* Please note you will not be able to enter the experience via the Hostry or West End of the Cathedral. *
Yes, filming and photography is permitted throughout the experience for personal use only. However, tripods and flash are not allowed, and we ask all visitors to be considerate of others enjoying the experience.

Please note there is no cloakroom or baggage storage facility at this event.
You are encouraged to only bring the minimum amount of belongings that you need. Belongings must not be left unattended at any time.
Food and drink may be consumed in the Cathedral Close and Cloister but not inside the Cathedral Church.
No. Only assistance dogs will be admitted.
Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate parking for general visitors in the Cathedral Close.

While tickets are non-refundable, they are transferable, allowing you to pass them on to friends or family if you find yourself unable to attend.
